1996: NRB Piping Systems was founded with the primary objective of supplying services to the industrial and mining sectors.
2004: The company recognized the necessity of integrating black shareholding and management into the business, which resulted in the inclusion of BBBEE shareholding in an empowerment agreement with Anglo Zimele.
2006: Anglo Zimele divested its shares to Mondi Zimele due to its proximity.
2014: A further empowerment agreement was executed, resulting in a 51% black ownership percentage.
With the further incorporation of BBBEE shareholding, the company has witnessed rapid growth, particularly in the civils/construction sector, where work is being conducted for private companies, municipalities and water boards.
